We seek an associate for the role as a Software Developer.
Responsibilities:
- Software development for clients
- Automated test development and setup
- Collaboration with co-workers regarding requirements clarification, design and test
- Software installation, end-to-end quality assurance, debugging
- Tools development for clients
Technical skills:
- 2-5 years of professional experience required
- Computer Science or Engineering degree preferred
- Some .NET and/or Javascript experience required
- Some experience with automated test required
- Experience with Agile development preferred
Collaboration skills:
- Entrepreneurial spirit, independent, a self-starter
- Technical curiosity, an open mind, and a willingness to learn and to teach others
- Personable, helpful, committed to collaborate with clients and co-workers
- Open, honest, communicating, willing to admit mistakes
- Responsible, able to follow through

- Excellent English language skills
